TP4056 Lithium Battery Charging Board Micro USB Charger Module 5V 1A with Overcharge Over-Discharge Protection
This board will provide charging capabilities for any 3.7V lithium battery with up to1000ma of charging current.
Nominal Charge current for a Lithium battery is 30% of the storage capacity of the battery for a total period of 3 hours to complete the charge.
A surface mount LED will indicate whether the battery is charging (red) or fully charged (blue).
The board is adjustable with the proper selection of a program resistor.

The SMT program resistor is located between Pin-2 of the IC and ground (IN-)
There is plenty of room for surface mounting an axial lead resistor there instead.
