    ICOM IC-F4021S 400-470 MHz UHF 4W Two Way Radio.I have little idea how to program these radios but they power on and I was able to use them to talk to each other (I have 2 available, see my other items). Radio is in good condition except for the antenna. NOTE:Auction is for one radio with battery and antenna. Radio has current programming notes on masking tape and includes the belt clip.
